Have you ever created a photograph without a camera?
Under the guidance of Renata Buziak, a photo-media artist, get creative in this relaxed and friendly workshop where you will learn the historical photographic process called Cyanotype.
In this 3 hour workshop you will make your very own print using Cyanotype and gain the knowledge and skills to do it at home! This beginner friendly workshop is a great way to flex your creative muscles and create a gorgeous print on cotton and paper.
Cyanotype materials and some feature objects will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own small, 2D or 3D (slim or flat) item (such as pieces of lace, fabric, string, a plant cutting, jewellery) which can be used to customise your composition.
- Learn how to create your very own cyanotype using natural materials and found objects
- 1 on 1 guidance from talented artist and workshop host for your design composition
- All materials and supplies provided
- Theory and guidance using light sensitive solutions
- Theory and knowledge about supports and coating techniques
