The 2022 BGS Art Show
Will feature several of my Medicinal Plant Cycles series, which draws on natural science and extensive consultations and discussions with members of the Quandamooka community of Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island).
I created these images of native healing plants through an experimental biochrome process I developed by fusing organic and photographic materials, thus merging art and science to join in the global discourse of bio art.
