This exhibition presents a diversity of art and artists.

My works include Verbena artistigera (Sept-Oct) from the Landscapes series, one of the first series of biochromes. Titles of images in this series include the botanical name of the plant and the time period that the biochrome process transformation took place to create this work in collaboration with the natural process of decomposition.

Other work in the exhibition: Composition D on Biochrome 12, a collaboration with artist and friend Henri van Noordenburg. We created this work for exhibition ‘Six by Six’ at Redcliffe Gallery for the 4th Queensland Festival of Photography (QFP4) in 2012, where both Henri and I presented other series of works, and with four other artists. The opening event featured a collaborative performance by Jan Baker-Finch (movement), Nicholas Ng (erhu) and Renata Buziak (projections).

Also featured in the show are three works from my Flickering Overtones series of Granite Belt Wildflowers, and two from the Medicinal Plant Cycles series.

Looking forward to seeing you at the opening!

You can also contact me or the Gallery if you’re not able to make it in person.
