Inspired by and created with the fragrant Spice Bush (Triunia youngiana), a Gondwanan lineage plant featured in my Gondwanan Biochromes series, this illuminant embodies the beauty and history of rainforest flora. As described by Dr Ray Carpenter, this plant fills the air with scents of nutmeg and cinnamon during spring, evoking the magic of its natural habitat.

This unique lamp combines Spice Bush artwork detail in soft velvet and ceramic base, offering a one-of-a-kind feature piece that enhances your space during the day and provides gentle, nature-inspired illumination at night.

I created Spice Bush (Triunia youngiana) Aroma artwork during my tenure as the inaugural Artist-in-Residence at Binna Burra Lodge, this lamp pays homage to the incredible biodiversity of Woonoongoora / Lamington National Park, part of the World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforests.
