Join me for a joyful, hands-on cyanotype workshop where you’ll explore this beautiful, accessible photographic process using sunlight, plants, and found objects. I’m so excited to share this magical art form with you! 🌿
This special session takes place on Mother’s Day weekend, making it a lovely opportunity to:
- Celebrate your mum with a creative gift

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll:
- Create your own stunning cyanotype prints on cotton and paper
- Learn about the history of this unique camera-less process
- Gain practical skills in coating, exposing, developing, and fixing prints
Take home artworks you’ll treasure — or give as thoughtful handmade gifts
All materials are provided:
cyanotype chemistry, paper, fabric, plant cuttings, and found objects. Feel free to bring small items of your own for a personal touch.

About Renata:
Dr Renata Buziak is a biochrome photo-media artist, researcher, and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. Renata regularly facilitates cyanotype and other workshops at schools, galleries and other venues, for children and adults.
With a focus on plant life and helping people to reconnect with nature, her biochrome artwork has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
Renata holds a PhD from Queensland College of Art, Griffith University. Her art has received several awards and is featured in private and public collections, and on ABC TV’s Gardening Australia (link on homepage).
